We meet at 6:30am at our CBD offices at Trust Mansion building along Tubman Road off Koinage Street. Prior booking is required for logistical purposes.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section icon=”far|question-circle” tab_id=”faq4″ title=”What are the sizes of plots sold at Grey Oak?”][vc_column_text]The smallest size of plots sold at Grey Oak is 1\/8th of an acre which is 50 feet by 100 feet.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section icon=”far|question-circle” tab_id=”faq5″ title=”Are title transfer fees included in the price?”][vc_column_text]Yes, there are no hidden charges.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section icon=”far|question-circle” tab_id=”faq6″ title=”What happens after I have selected a plot?”][vc_column_text]You sign two copies of a sales agreement, make payments for your plot then we start on the documentation process upon full payment, where you will give us a copy of your ID, KRA PIN, postal address and 3 passport photos. After signing the sale agreement and transfer forms, we wait for title deed to be ready.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section icon=”far|question-circle” tab_id=”faq7″ title=”Can we buy as a group\/chama or a company?”][vc_column_text]Yes you can. For a group\/chama, during documentation, you will select two trustees who can be your representatives and we will also require your registration certificate. For a company, sealed documentation for the company and directors will be required.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section icon=”far|question-circle” tab_id=”faq8″ title=”Is the land sold on freehold or lease?”][vc_column_text]The land sold is freehold land and only citizens of Kenya nationals can own this type of property.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section icon=”far|question-circle” tab_id=”faq9″ title=”How long does it take to process title deed?”][vc_column_text]Title deed issuance takes 30days(1month) after full completion of payment.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section icon=”far|question-circle” tab_id=”faq10″ title=”Can someone from diaspora buy a plot?”][vc_column_text]Yes they can. You can select your preferred plot then we shall book it for you. We then give you our company account details where you can wire the payment. You then give us your details as you would like the title to appear when transferred to you. We process the titles within 6 to 10 months after payment is done.
