About us

We are a startup, online packaging distribution company headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya. We supply affordable quality kraft and corrugated paper packaging to the Baking, Pastry, Restaurant and Gifting markets respectively. As a startup we are actively building our product catalog across the different markets – there is so much more to come as our business grows. Our focus through this growth phase of the business remains the same, i.e., providing a bigger and wider range of unique packaging products to all our customers, meeting their specific packaging needs.

Our dedicated team is focused on friendly, fast, and timely delivery ensuring accurate fulfillment of all orders. We currently dispatch products from our physical location on the Lower Ground Floor of Marsabit Plaza, on Ngong Road in Nairobi, Kenya. Customers are welcome to come into our physical location to see our products in person during business hours i.e., Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm and Saturdays 9am to 4pm.

We do not accept any orders by phone or through any of our social media pages – all orders are processed through WhatsApp or on our website. This is done so that there is a written trail of all communication for ease of reference and accurate order processing. Our product fulfillment process is designed to make the ordering, picking and/ or delivery process from our physical location to our customers as efficient as possible.
