AOME Packaging Limited is a startup, online packaging distribution company headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya. We supply affordable quality kraft and corrugated paper packaging to the Baking, Pastry, Restaurant and Gifting markets respectively. As a startup we are actively building our product catalog across the different markets – there is so much more to come as our business grows. Our focus through this growth phase of the business remains the same, i.e., providing a bigger and wider range of unique packaging products to all our customers, meeting their specific packaging needs.

To complete registration as a trade account holder, kindly provide the following information:

• A copy of your certificate of incorporation where applicable,
• A copy of your business registration certificate where applicable,
• A copy of your KRA pin certificate
• Preferred contact number
• Preferred contact email address.

Once we received, we will conduct our internal Know Your Customer (KYC) and revert with the outcome.

All orders are processed on a first come, first served basis. Our team endeavors to deliver fully paid orders as efficiently as possible. Customers can however organize for their paid orders to be collected from our shop if they require gods earlier than allocated delivery window.

For retail clients, we do not. Please note however, cost of goods and cost of delivery is separate.

For Trade/ wholesale clients, there are order MOQs applicable.

AOME Packing Limited is a cash business therefore does not offer credit facilities to any clients.

Yes, you can order up to a week in advance. Scheduled orders must be paid in advance to facilitate smooth order dispatch on selected delivery date.

Should customers be unavailable on delivery date to receive goods, they will be charged for all delivery attempts made.

Should customers be uncommunicative for up to 5 business days after scheduled delivery date, the goods will be returned, and a customer refund processed in the customer account and details forwarded either over WhatsApp or email to be used for next purchase.

All refunds are processed against your client account and can be used during your next purchase. We do not offer cash refunds.

Log into your account and any outstanding refunds will appear during the order check out process. This amount will automatically be deducted from the total.
