100% order payment is required before any orders are dispatched for delivery.
Delivery costs are separate from product purchase costs and paid directly to delivery courier.
Nairobi Delivery
Delivery within 20kms of Nairobi CBD occurs same day as follows:
- Monday to Friday: 9am, 12pm, 3pm and 5pm
- Saturday: 9am, 12pm and 3pm
Delivery is conducted by riders and the costs are determined on the day of delivery based on the destination suburb. These costs are comparative to estimates used on Bolt and Uber and are detailed below:

Nairobi Outskirts and Kenya Regional Delivery
Delivery outside the 20kms radius of Nairobi CBD typically occurs next day (unless otherwise specified) using either one of the following couriers
- Wells Fargo
- Easy Coach
- Flex Deliveries
Courier fees for orders are determined directly by the courier companies and paid directly to the specific Mpesa till or Paybill number where applicable. Push notifications detailing consignment note number and delivery status will be sent directly to customers by the courier company.
AOME Packaging Limited has no control over the delivery process or package handling once handed over to the courier representative. As such AOME Packaging Limited’s liability for goods condition on arrival ends at the point the goods are handed over to the courier.
Should there be any issues with the actual contents of the parcel, customers are encouraged to contact AOME Packaging Limited directly within 5 days of order payment. These discrepancies will be resolved within 48 hours of notification receipt.
Finally, any clients preferring use of specific courier companies are encouraged to arrange for collection of parcels from our shop at Marsabit Plaza (Ngong Road, Nairobi) to be delivered to desired drop off locations at the clients’ cost.
Please Note
- Orders paid in full by 12pm will be collected same day.
- Orders placed the day before public holidays or weekends are delivered during the next business day after said public holiday or weekend.
- We do not call around to other courier companies to get comparative rates
- We select suitable a courier company based on your specified delivery locations. Should wish to choose a different courier than prescribed, kindly let us know before the order is finalized. Any last-minute changes will incur additional costs which will be paid by the customer
Delivery outside Kenya
All delivery costs for exports outside Kenya are addressed individually and costs are communicated over email – info@aomepackaging.co.ke
Customers are encouraged to contact us on info@aomepackaging.co.ke to determine whether delivery to desired international location will be feasible.
